ARCHITECTURE

A HOME DESIGNED TO CONNECT YOU WITH NATURE, EVERY MOMENT OF EVERYDAY.

Connecting the space between the urban texture and the natural landscape, the defined architectural expression of the Verdala Development is a striking one, inspired by the geological morphology of the islands, the residences blend harmoniously with Rabat’s evocative townscape, mirroring the horizontality of the rock strata, erosions, and voids found in the hills and valleys nearby. The Verdala Terraces are built to withstand time. The aesthetically pleasing building is cladded with Precast Panels composed of Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC), which offers a level of durability and strength unparalleled by traditional concrete. With structural integrity comparable to steel, this cutting-edge material ensures the building will retain its stunning appearance, allowing you to bask in its beauty for years to come.
